ICD and OpenCD are directory changers. They are like the well known "cd" command, but they are not strict with respect to the name of the directory or the path to change to, so because of that they are faster.
I first made ICD for DOS, and then OpenCD for GNU/Linux.
I am still using ICD but not OpenCD, because the tab expansion of Bash is sufficiently fast.
Since I don't use DOS (or Windows) that much, I don't use ICD too much neither, so I don't maintain it anymore, and because I don't use OpenCD anymore, I don't maintain it too. If you are interested in maintaining any one of them, contact me.
ICD downloads: english binary, spanish binary, source code.
OpenCD downloads: static binary, source code.
